Thank you!

I use photoshop and painter, mainly photoshop however. If you can use it well you can do almost everything!

I really love this picture. Perhaps becouse it's a nice change from slender and delicate elve-men in most Tolkien illustrations.

Thanks! In fact I wanted someone far from the elves! Not too delicate: he is a warrior! :)

I always imagine those Edains more elf- like and slenderer - their strength lying not in big muscles but I enjoy your vision as well although that different to mine. And the story of Gondolin in one of my most favourite from JRRT creations :D

:) Interesting comment.
I've always had the image in my mind of a strong man, and I've always considered men in Tolkien's works more "brute" than the elves (perfect creatures). Probably just to have a visual strong difference between the two races.
Anyway this is only my interpretation! :)

I see but can you imagine sophisticated elven princess like Idril Celebrindal taking such a brute for her husband and lover?
For the perfect Tuor from my dreams look for example here [link]

That image is wonderful!

However I know girls enough to say that too often they loves brutes, even if they're really gentle and sweet! ^_^

Very, very cool! I don't know this part of Tolkien's world, but this is a powerful picture none the less.

Turin is in the Silmarillion and in one other story (a rework of the fall of Gondolin).
:)

Anyway, thank you!

More inspired by Robert Ervin Howard caracters, like Azrael, for exemple...
But, it's only my point of view...

Well, probably it is less "delicate" than a classical Tolkien's piece of art.
But in Tolkien there are many "dark" sides.

Anyway, I like Howard's writings!
